Unfortunately, I hired Amer Cunningham & Jack Morrison in 2007 for my divorce. Divorce/Domestic relations is not an area of practice or expertise for the firm or Jack, but that didn’t stop him accepting my case. He didn’t have the experience to advise me correctly, and everything he told me to do was wrong based on conversations with actual divorce attorneys. Jack was completely incompetent in court, unprepared and he filed motions incorrectly so the judge dismissed them. I fired him after only a couple months, he then sent me a bill for around $10,000.
Jack Morrison, Jr. has an established & successful law practice. He handles complex business & employment litigation, health care law, government & municipal law, elections law, medical malpractice and personal injury. He was President of the Akron Bar Association. He is currently on the Board of Directors at The University of Akron. Mr. Morrison has been selected Super Lawyer for the last several years. He is the President of the prestigious law firm of Amer Cunningham Co., L.P.A.
