Joy chicatelli completely bungled my open and shut cake walk of a case. Completely cowered to opposing counsel after not even briefly reviewing my case. I spent 2 hours in her building while she talked on the phone about how great she was in court to some poor person on the other end of the line. Joy... waited until the court date to even bother to look at the weak case against me, despite being given weeks prior notice and meeting with her in person at her office. Joy ended tripping over her tongue lying in court, to my family, myself and the judge all on record. In the end joy couldn't handle the pressure of divorce court and I had to find a replacement. The replacement dismissed the same case without even showing up in court because the case was so weak against my family and I. Stay away from joy chicatelli even if her prices seem cheap, she is a terrible attorney and will cost you if you don't find a real lawyer
