usually does not return phone calls or emails unless it relates to getting more money out of you; he makes house calls, has no office or staff; there is no office in independence, oh...he works out of his car and home which i found suspicious; he made two appointments to meet with me and was a NO CAL...L, NO SHOW, not only for the first one, but the 2nd one as well, 2 DAYS IN A ROW; he told me he wins 9 out of 10 cases - I lost BOTH hearings; when he did show up he was usually a half hour to 45 minutes late; he likes to talk but doesn't say much i.e. lots of "making coversation/elevator talk,"; how did my case get sidetracked? He'd spend 5 minutes talking about my case and 15 minutes talking about old television shows; i had to cut him off and try to steer him back to my case; I had an uneasy feeling from the beginning; but I paid him the first $500 anyway; i went home and looked him up online and my heart sank; he had 2-3 bad reviews at the time and the complaints matched mine...he filed my appeal with the court, for a judge to review...i am still waiting the decision and i don't even know if mr. hall submitted my defense...my case? abandoned to my knowledge, no response when i leave repeated emails asking if the judge has made a decision...a HUGE ad in the phone book doesn't mean u r going to get a good lawyer..
