My client was being sued by a former business associate. The business associate was claiming breach of contract and was requesting $40,000 in repayment. We argued on behalf of our client that our clien ... t was owed the $40,000. After negotiations with the opposing council, they realized that our client would win at trial. We asked the opposing party to dismiss their case and they did.
