Without even getting into details about everything we needed assistance with we were turned off by Mrs Lewis within the first 5 minutes. I called the number provided online and requested a call back. She called back and very clearly didn’t want to be bothered by her short responses and cold tone. She... made me feel stupid for not knowing all of the proper legal terms and then when legal insurance was simply mentioned (it’s a new situation on our end and not even sure how it all works) she immediately said “nope don’t do take that- look elsewhere.” All in all given the sensitivity of the matter we were looking to discuss and her distasteful attitude over the phone she would not be someone I would recommend reaching out to to represent me.
