Donald Paul Mitchell Jr.

Although Don and I have not crossed paths in many years (life's journeys), I still consider him one of the kindest, most honest, and caring human beings I have ever had the privilege of getting to know. Those who know Don, know that he is unable to knowingly violate any laws, let alone the Ohio State... licensing board's policies and procedures. Moreover, in the instance reflected against him herein, Don not only did not knowingly violate any policies or procedures, he also did not throw me under the bus when he found himself in hot water due to my actions. I, not Don am unequivocally fully responsible for the alleged violation of Ohio attorney licensing policies and procedures. It was I who inadvertently misrepresented my position within Don's law office. To hold Don responsible was the easy thing for the State to do, but not the correct thing. I shall regret my actions until the day I die, as I hurt someone I considered to be truly a friend.

I have absolutely no complaints about Don Mitchell. He worked hard for our case and was always honest and upfront about our situation. He came through for us when all seemed doomed. Hopefully we will never need him again, but if I do I will gladly put our case in his hands. I can't say enough goo...d things about him.
