Great support throughout the duration of a complicated process
Debra Booher’s team is fantastic! They’ve been so incredibly supportive and knowledgeable during our ch 13 and then again during our ch 7 conversion when covid caused job loss. They’re very accessible by phone or email, and handled things very quickly when we needed to pause payments or start the conversion process.

2016 Bankruptcy documentation was needed to purchase a home
Debra was outstanding handling our bankruptcy and is still giving us excellent service, as we are trying to buy a home now and the mortgage company is insisting on documentation that they could have easily pulled, instead I reached out to Debra again, and within minutes she supplied me with everything I needed to supply to get our closing moving!

Debra was professional yet had the greatest ability to show compassion . She explained in great detail how she felt our case, which was unique, should be handled. She took time to make sure we understood, she answered all of our questions. She stayed in contact with us by phone and by email. She was always willing to take our phone calls or she promptly returned them. We would highly recommend Debra. She is thorough, she is the best.

Incredible.
I'd been through two other lawyers with my bankruptcy proceedings, when I finally got in touch with Debra's office. From the beginning, Debra, Veronica and their staff were overwhelming in their concern for my situation. Human, that's a wonderful term to describe Debra and her crew. These people have cried with me, and, if not literally, figuratively held my hand in some of the most gut wrenching situations. Bankruptcy is a difficult thing to consider, let alone go through with. Debra and her staff -- I can't say enough good things about them. Veronica, my initial lawyer, hugged me when we started the proceedings and I truly feel only my best interests are being considered in this stressful situation. I am blessed to have Debra and her team on my side.

Debra and her staff have always been 100% helpful when I needed them. Deb would even help me with my case late in the evening. They never leave you wondering how the process will go. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very thorough in describing anything you need help with. Response time is within an hour or less, even if it is just an acknowledgement letting you know they are working on it and will get back to you.
