Hello. I have been in the practice of law for about three decades. My passion as an attorney is trial work. I am considered to be very agressive by my peers and I have clients all over the United States and overseas and have been lead counsel in over 100 trials and am a member of the Million Dollar Advocate's Forum which makes me a top 1% trial lawyer. I have had many high profile cases where I have won millions of dollars for my clients and am a member of a number of state and federal bar associations including the U.S. Supreme Court. Many of my cases have appeared on ABC News, CBS, and in many newspapers and magazines, and many of my cases are cited as legal authority by the Courts in rendering decisions in other cases. I have sued and defeated for example, big three auto manufacturers, and corporate giants like KBR and Halliburton and made them pay large awards to my clients. I have appeared before the U.S. Senate in military contractor civil rights violation investigations and have been a consultant to the Florida legislature on gun control legislation. I have represented women who have been assaulted at work and scientists who blew whistles on dangerous practices and executives who have had their careers black balled and I prevailed. I have been endorsed by the United Auto Worker's Union and the American Federation of Labor, Council of Industrial Organizations in political campaigns because of my zeal for representing workers like you. I am a peer reviewed certified Lead Counsel advocate by Thomson Reuters Corporation and a peer reviewed Lawyer of Distinction. I became an attorney to make changes in the world because I know from personal experience what an unjust and hard place it can be. I'm not like the others. I am different on purpose.
