If I can give no stars, I would, but I feel compelled to share our experience with Katz Law. My husband has been dealing with them for over a year regarding an injury claim from a car accident. Unfortunately, the level of communication and professionalism has been severely lacking. After his physical... therapy sessions, there was no follow-up or communication from the firm, and whenever he needed information about his case, he had to initiate contact himself. It feels like we’re constantly getting the runaround, and it’s incredibly frustrating to deal with this for such an extended period. I am extremely disappointed, as it seems all the positive reviews must be misleading. If you’re considering Katz law for legal representation, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Update 3 months later 10/28/2025 This is going over a year and eight months now still the same results every time you reach out to Brian or Sergi they're either in a meeting or out of the office or in court no one ever reaches out no one ever returns calls so saying to call and ask for them directly, they are deliberately, avoiding my husband. The worst law firm that we have ever dealt with save your time. Final Update! 11/5/2025 It’s interesting that this law firm has time to reply to Google reviews for the public eye, but still can’t return calls from actual clients. My husband has reached out multiple times leaving his name each time and every response is the same: “They’re in court” or “They’re on the phone.” Yet no one ever calls back. This case has been going on for over a year and eight months with no consistent communication or closure. He’s contacted both attorneys directly, and follow-up is still nonexistent. That’s not professionalism that’s avoidance!!! What makes it worse is that I have a friend currently using this same firm, and they’ve only been contacted twice throughout their own case. Going on over a year BTW!!!! That says a lot about the lack of communication and client care here. And just to be clear I’m a real person with a real experience. I have over 80 genuine reviews here and multiple business related reviews across social media. Unlike some of the “reviews” posted recently with little to no review history, with these fast results and only a couple months and it's settled please!!! I'm saying my feedback is based on actual interactions and months of ongoing frustration. If you’re looking for a law firm that’s responsive, organized, and consistent, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Clients deserve legal representation that actually follows through not one that only shows up when it’s time to reply online.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Disrespect lawyer with a smart mouth. FIRED!!!!! He also calls people when car accidents hit the police docket. He’s an AMBULANCE CHASER. Never would recommend him to anyone. Michelle who’s the paralegal was way more professional than him. He also stalls cases for him and his buddies to... get kickbacks which it will devalue your case. RUN!!!!!!!

Serg was very very helpful and his communication was on point not one time did I have to call him he walked me through the process and did not miss a beat !!!!!!! his staff was very very helpful and knowledgeable as well and Ms.Sims was very polite and well spoken and very knowledgeable as well they ...come early and stay late at Katz law they get job done #they finish the game

I got into a horrible car accident in November 2015.. they were very unorganized and unprofessional, they never communicated with me unless I called and I was only able to talk to my attorney after I threatened to hire another attorney. Once I did that , that's how I start communicating only with the... attorney instead of his receptionist. It is now November 2017 and I am finally getting my case settle. I'm not even satisfied with my settlement and they didn't really care. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Beyond grateful. They are punctual professional and have amazing communication. Beyond that the hard work they do for you is beyond belief. I was in a car accident with my 3yr old daughter, I was injured but was going to live with the pain. They got in contact with me let me know to go get myself the...rapy for a better life and for my daughter so her mother could be at her best for her! They took care of every single thing and communicated every process every step of the way! Literally heaven sent! I will always want to work with them they are highly recommended I have actually recommended a few friends since working with them! Thank you Kats Law your doing epic work!
