Chairman

Rich has always been very thoughtful in all of our dealings. He is very knowledgeable and ahead of the curve in advising me both personnally and business-wise. He also will express his views wether or not they are popular in order to help me or the company.

Richard J. Colella

Richard J. Colella is, without question, one a very few lawyers I respect and trust. Not only is he my corporate lawyer, he is also my personal lawyer. Mr. Colella has represented my three (3) companies and I in four different matters of litigation over the past 11 years and in all four cases, he ...has prevailed. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and articulate. I recommend Mr. Colella to anyone seeking a trust-worthy, responsive and knowledgeable lawyer. Mr. Colella has never fallen short of my expectations!

Has been our lawyer since we started our company

Rich is very knowledgeable and is very good at his job, I would recommend him to anyone. He has done numerous things for us, such as adding partners, lawsuits, and other legal items.

Outstanding!!

Mr. Colella has been my company's attorney for 14 years. In that time, his legal expertise has been nothing short of outstanding. He and his team perform all our corporate and franchise legal work. He is extremely efficient and does not 'work the file.' In fact, I've worked with many firms over the y...ears and no one is even remotely as efficient or as thorough. I trust him implicitly. In the rare times my company ends up in a dispute, Mr. Colella's legal work has always prevailed.
