My goal is to help individuals and families understand their options when planning for their future and to implement a plan for them that will enable them to qualify for benefits that are available to them while preserving their hard earned nest-eggs. I provide people with a road map to follow as life changes and walk them through the maze of rules and regulations if they are applying for Medicaid Benefits, Veteran's Aid and Attendance and other government benefits. This may include Powers of Attorneys, Wills, Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Qualified Income Trusts and SNTs.
