Sheldon Gerald Steiger

I was referred to Sheldon Steiger by my cousin, who had a difficult disability case and had been previously denied (after brain surgery)! After hiring Mr Steiger, she was approved. I was very nervous about my disability case, as I had also been twice denied. Sheldon quickly helped calm my nerves wi...th his quiet demeanor, but made no promises, as ultimately, it came down to the decision of the judge. I also had a very difficult case, as my lung condition, while serious and debilitating, was not listed and difficult to prove. While Mr Steiger could not guarantee a positive outcome, he was honest and forthcoming about the process and what role he, I, and my Drs needed to play to help ensure a positive outcome. Now to what makes or breaks a positive relationship, in my opinion: communication. The process is a long one. Mr Steiger was honest about this and helped keep me calm by always returning calls and emails, even when there was nothing specifically to report. He even postponed a personal commitment, so that he could be with me at one of my hearings. I cannot stress this enough, the process is very long. From start to finish, my case took 3 1/2 years from initial application, to finally collecting. I’m a naturally impatient and nervous person; I could never have been patient enough to handle this without Sheldon’s remarkably calm demeanor, care, communication, and expertise. I can say without hesitation, I would not have won, or even been able to handle the process, of my case without Sheldon Steiger. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
