 I have cared for and helped individual clients throughout my legal career with the greatest concern for their needs .  When a client wishes to talk about his or her case, I do my best to return phone calls or e-mails within 24 hours and try  to uncomplicate a difficult problem or situation. Being licensed by the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court, I recognize that the right to practice law is a privilege not to be taken for granted. In addition to my law practice, I was a member of the Ohio National Guard for six years and served on the Board of Directors of various charitable organizations.   Together, my wife and I have six children and eleven grandchildren.

  Workers' Compensation and Social Security cases are accepted on a contigient fee basis. This means I am paid only if I succesfully obtain benefits for you (no recovery- no fee). Probate matters are generally billed on an hourly basis.
