Ricky Volante is the Founder of The Volante Law Firm, LLC. Ricky specializes in issues related to sports, film, music, and corporate law.

He works with film executives, performing artists, producers, production companies, promoters, musicians, studios, and Internet and technology companies. He advises on matters from business formation and regulation to contracts, including negotiating and drafting license, performance, recording, merchandise, management, player, sponsorship, and media agreements. Ricky has been involved with event management and operation, facility management, branding and marketing, sponsorships and activation, as well as market analysis and strategic planning.
Ricky graduated summa cum laude from Lake Erie College with a B.S. in Sports Management, and received the Class of 2012 Academic Excellence Award for the School of Business. Ricky completed his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
