I advise clients on compliance with federal and state laws relating to false or deceptive advertising and retail sales compliance, review and clear advertising materials, assist in review of claim substantiation, help to structure sales promotions, sweepstakes, contests, and rebates. I can also assist clients in dealing with false or misleading advertising by competitors.

I advise clients on behavior in competitive markets, interactions with their competitors, and pricing conduct (including resale price maintenance and minimum advertised price policies), as well as compliance with federal and state antitrust laws and federal anti-corruption laws.

I negotiate, draft, and review business agreements of all kinds, including vendor and supplier agreements, sales agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and product distribution agreements.

I have extensive experience in litigating business agreements, business torts, antitrust, product distribution, trade secrets, covenants not to compete and some intellectual property matters.
