Never received legal paperwork
I have been dealing with Mr Schmid since last summer on 2 survivor deeds for my mom and I and also having my deed put into my name alone. I call and call and leave messages, he never returns my calls. I've had appts scheduled, and there not kept. I'm so tired of this.

poor choice for any tax issue
When asked for options for settling tax issues, client was not informed of any alternatives except attachment and bankrupcy. Client was entitled to full disclosure, didn't get it, and lost considerable amount of money which could have been avoided had an offer in compromise been made. Since Mr. Schmi...
