Attorney NBZ was hired to act on my behalf as a seller in a cash, "As-Is" for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) transaction. He drafted a purchase agreement (PA) to meet my specific needs as the seller and ensured that the PA was legally defensible covering all aspects of the binding contract.
