Christopher Michael Greene

After graduating from Denison University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Chris Greene returned to his native Medina, Ohio to practice estate planning and probate law as a solo attorney. In this practice, he assists individuals and families in planning for death or incapacity. He counsels about how to orderly transfer assets to the next generation. Chris entered this practice area with the inspiration and guidance of a close family attorney friend who has been practicing in the area for over 35 years. He enjoys estate planning because it is, for the most part, non-adversarial and can almost always get a client to a desired result. Chris’s favorite aspect of this practice is planning for the vacation home.

Chris is a member of several legal professional associations: The American Bar Association, The Ohio State Bar Association, The Medina County Bar Association, The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland.

Chris was selected as a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Leadership Academy Class of 2021. In 2020, Chris presented to the Cleveland Estate Planning Institute, which is a continuing education event for estate planning and probate attorneys.

Chris also sits on the Medina Township Board of Zoning Appeals. This board hears applications from homeowners and businesses that are seeking to improve their properties in ways that don’t fall completely within local zoning guidelines.

Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with family on the Lake Erie shores in the Lakeside-Marblehead area. He also enjoys woodworking projects.
