Corey assisted me with a legal name change, he explained everything clearly, provided me all the info needed and made the process as painless as possible. He also helped me with correcting an error on my end after the change went through.

Sometimes the direct and honest manner in which I advise clients about their options, fees and the legal consequences of their decisions rubs certain individuals the wrong way; and as a result their feelings get hurt. I never intend to hurt anyone's feelings, but sometimes that happens. I work hard to make sure my clients understand the "pros and cons" of their case; as well as the money required to move forward. It is my job to present the options available to each client, even if they do not like them. Ethical guidelines prevent me from commenting on the specifics of this case. However, I do the best I can to help people every day, and I have done so for hundreds of clients all over Northeast Ohio. Nonetheless, even one dissatisfied client is too many. I will continue to do my best to provide accurate and efficient legal services, and I will work even harder to show my clients that I care. Good luck in your future endeavors!
