Mr. Mezacapa sits on the Board of Directors for the Michelle’s Wish Foundation, a local philanthropic non-profit organization whose function is to raise funds to provide terminally ill young children and young adults the opportunity to “make their dreams a reality”. Mr. Mezacapa is very involved in civic and community affairs, as a lifelong resident of Lake County he has coached youth and young adult baseball and basketball. Mr. Mezacapa has been the President of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Athletic Booster Board of Directors, while coaching numerous boys and girls basketball teams.
