Excellent lawyer my N400 application was a breeze

I have had many immigration attorneys over last 7 years and between changing states. JP is one of the bests. He handled my N400 application, immigration fees he charges was very reasonable and his colleague did accompany me to the interview and held a pre-interview session to go over my application. ...All in all i will really recommend using JP as your immigration lawyer.

Perm,I-140 and I-485 approved within a year

A very professional and highly reliable legal firm. No one is better prepared to handle the immigration case than Sarmiento Immigration Law Firm.I got green card within a year.If you called other lawyer for some information they charge you money.But when i called Sarmiento Immigration Law Firm he pr...ovided me free legal advice. Highly Recommended

Atty. JP Sarmiento and his law firm has helped my fiancee get a visa and be able to come here in the US in time for our wedding. He is very reliable, he promptly respond to all my questions and inquiry, JP explains to me all the details and the process and always keeping me posted and he does it in... a very personal manner. Great choice

JP was very knowledgeable and helpful in my successful I-601 waiver process. Importantly, he was always ready to take my (numerous) questions and give me a call back when I needed it. He is one of the few lawyers I've worked with that don't seem to put 'extracting money from the client' at the forefr...ont. Highly recommended!

Excellent, Professional, Reasonably Priced

Mr. Sarmiento has undoubtedly shown me that even though a geographical barrier existed between me (Baltimore) and himself (Cleveland), his workmanship exceeded ANY attorney I could have retained locally. Juan returned all calls promptly, attended to special request such as providing an explanation of... what was required to my H1B petitioners and always was prepared to calm my apprehension with reassuring advice. His attorney fees are extremely reasonable and his service is outstanding. I highly recommend JP for anyone seeking an immigration attorney.
