They just want to charge me for something that was the wrong way to begin. However, gladly, I decided to contact the... Sarmiento office and talk to Juan Sarmiento. I trusted him because of the success stories that I saw on his website. I applied for the waiver on May 26 and got the Approval Notice ( wavier was granted by DOS and USCIS) in July 7th. They are better than other attorneys in terms of their fee as well. They have monthly payment plan which is what I needed because the previous lawyer ripped me off.
