I do not know where to start but i will say this, Thank you to the whole Sarimento"s Immigration firm ( JP, Glen, Arty). This is my third Immigration lawyer i have had and the difference is clear based on experience and professionalism. I was in a very difficult situation. I had a final order of depo...rtation from 2003, i retained the services of SARIMENTO immigration. He was able to reopened my case from a final order. In addition to that he was able to get me a stay of deportation from the court. We later on filed an I-130 which was approved months later. He later on filed a motion to terminate with the court that i was ordered deported. That motion was also approved. After that approval we filed a from i-485 to permanently register me as a green card holder. Subsequently my application got approved on the spot.
