Approved Extension

Atty. JP Sarmiento and the Sarmiento Law Firm used all legal means to process my extension of stay in the US with the USCIS. It was approved. I recommend the Law firm to anyone who have immigration concerns. Thanks to them!

Thanks for helping me with my US citizenship

I had JP file my US citizenship application. He responded to all of my questions in a timely manner even before I even retained him as my lawyer. Now, 7 months after retaining him I will be taking my oath. Thanks JP for the help! I'll definitely hire him again for my mother's green card.

Knowledgeable Affable Attorney

I am based out of New York and after meeting and reviewing in person with more than 10 -15 NY based law firm I felt that JP Sarmiento Law firm was the best choice. Even though they are based in Ohio; they were extremely helpful and always available to answer my questions. They are genuinely take in...terest in the case and do an amazing job of keeping you abreast of the development. Both Juan Sarmiento and his associate attorney Glen are very knowledgeable in immigration matters. The best part is their affable manner and resourcefulness. Greatly recommend. It’s the best value for your money!

Green card application

Jp and everybody @Sarmiento law firm did a wonderful job in helping me getting my green card! Without hesitation I've acquired his service again to apply for my green card. We could've gone to any attorney in Nyc since we live in New York but we went to JP instead because he did a prompt and excelle...nt service getting my J1 visa waived. It took us less than 4 months after filing to get an appointment for interview and as a result I got my green card.Thanks a million JP, arty and everybody @ the law firm!!!!!!!

Form i130&form i485 approved

My wife and i say thanks to JP sarmiento and his team for helping me have my green card.I must say sarmiento immigration law firm is very vest with immgration laws and proceedings, in fact they are experts when it comes to immgration laws.my form i130&form i484 was approved due to JP and his team eff...orts.I strongly reccomend JP law firm to any one with immgrstion issue
