I am on H1B working currently and it expires on 08/10/2015. My Perm was denied on 06/02/15. Should I apply for H4 EAD?

Yes do H4 EAD so you can con’t working. Wife’s I-140 was approved. Or if your 6th yr isn’t up your employer can also do H-1B extension
