The waiver does not give you a means to adjust status or come back to the US (if you are abroad). Depends on what visa you have or what visa you’ll...

I had interview with my husband today in NYC and at the end, the IO gave me a paper saying "Your case is been held for review.."

Depends on the officer. Some have denied cases based on a few inconsistencies, even though a majority of the questions were answered consistently.

Do infopass or call the 1800 number. Unfortunately there is no expedited way to get an EAD (no premium processing for example).

H-1B in March / April unless it’s a cap-exempt (of course you must have a potential employer and Bachelors degree at least).
