Depends on PDs at that time, pendency of PERMs etc. For example the processing time of PERMs takes more than 6 months at that time, and PDs are not...

My H1b amendment got denied after RFE. Would they ask me to leave USA? Before amendment, I have my H1b visa valid till Oct 2015.
