Long wait. Over 10 yrs. Just try getting a job, get petitioned for H-1B, and get petitioned for green card.

My attorney is trying to File for a LCA in regards to my H1-B visa and is getting an error regarding the start date.

If I’m filing today, I put September 17 2014 to September 16 2017 (for the LCA). Then for the I-129, October 1, 2014 is the start date.
