I am on H1B visa. Is it possible to transfer my visa without any pay stubs?

Would be good to have pay stubs because that’s your proof that you’ve maintained valid H-1B status, which is important in doing a transfer.

Depends on the officer. Better to have bills or government-issued documents, or bank statements, lease, tax returns etc…
