Do not use this attorney Urban

He promises everything and delivers nothing but for himself. He did not take care of our mother as promised. He has a friend, attorney who he colluded with against the family, only took money for himself and made useless documents which, he should have known would be thrown out by the court. He lied ...in Court as to the relationship with himself and the other attorney after bragging to his charge that he was friends with said attorney and his wife. There was no protection for our mother. He would not turn over monies he received until he was reported to Social Security and the judge. He waited until he was paid. Our mother was at risk of being evicted from the nursing home. He would not answer emails or phone calls from various agencies or the nursing home staff. The family had to take over where he dropped the ball. When transferring property, he didn't know the correct name of his charge, address of the property or pertinent information transfer. He waited until the last minute to inform the parties involved. He only informed to opposing family. Charge for informing on change of address and over charged for items not pertaining to charge.

Should not be caretaker to Elderly

This attorney is very unprofessional, never kept us informed, charge my mothers account for our contact; used email instead of a call. He has failed to to his duty as a caretaker of this account. This attorney may be fine in some respects, but not for the elderly. AARP should remove him. Mom is... now going on Medicaid and the transition is a rush job since they really never thought she would be living to such a nice old age.
