Edward Felix Kasputis

We have used Edward Kasputis for evicting a couple of tenants. In each case, he made mistakes that resulted in financial loss to us, in addition to the duplicate fees we had to pay him. In the first case, we specifically told him that we are evicting the tenant based on overstaying the 30 day notice.... Because Kasputis filled out the paperwork for non payment, we had to file the eviction twice. In the second case, he did not review the paperwork that was given to him which included an error so we had to re-file the case again, losing yet another month of rent. Not only did Kasputis' mistakes cost a delay in evicting the tenants and loss of additional rent, but each time he files, he requires to be paid in full for the eviction, although it is one eviction and one case, which should be covered under one payment. When asked for a compromise on the cost for the second filing, to pay only the filing fee for the Court, he got aggressive denied that he made a mistake and refused to adjust his pricing accordingly. We found him arrogant, talking too much instead of paying attention, having poor business ethics and difficult to work with. We would not recommend this attorney to anyone.

I called Mr Kasputis on the phone about my home loan that i had to walk away from, and he gave me free advise on the phone, about what to do and not do, offered to take care of the matter and am now currently getting him a smalll fee to resolve it.He was a very nice guy! im 63 years old hardship c...ase, and worried, and he felt bad for me going through this, knowing how upset i was about them possible coming after me. i appreciated the advise and the caring!
