Not happy with Shapiros way of communicating/swearing at cliants

I was injured at work at christmas 2025 working and climbing a three story ladder at which time I tore a muscle in my groin. I went to the emergency room, reported it to my supervisor and continued to work on Limited?light duty with little to no issue other than the pain was still there when bending..., lifting, or climbing. ( all of which was not done and on my Dr's. profile. The super was on vacation and when she returned she made the comment for me to disreguard my injury and forget my Dr.s orders or go home. Thus I went home on 1/30/2026. sinc then I hired alan Shapiros office to represent me as I was required to obtain a federal attorny. As I was injured at a federal building as an employee of the Post Office. Paperwork was all filed correctly as told to me by My supervisors and unfortnitly not everything went soothly. SHapiros office help and the young lady's there were very helpfull in filling what needed to be doneand with any corrections. I give them a great ratting for the efforts and work they did for me.....However When I did get phone calls from the Attorney there was a very noticable lack of communication as they seamed to not grasp what their own office personnel completed and were one step behind. I was denined medical help in my case from a Dr's office manager that wanted to charge me for extra x ray that the government would not pay for. Thus They drop me as a cliant and I had to go obtain another Dr. This for some reason was an issue as a later conversation with Zack Shipero ( wher he constantly droped the FUC word on me eight times in one conversation saying I had a mental issue and just constantly did everything to prevoke me to lose my temper) I believe this to be a tactic of theirs so as to weed out people and have an excuse to drop you as a cliant. I simply did not understand how a law firm can not have good communication in the office as everything should be documented in the file. Speaking with four or five people Im sure things get lost in translation, but for any attorney to go off in such a rude mannor when Im the paying cliant is just more than Un proffessional that I cant get my head around it.Its a family firm and I think they all handle this type of cituation very poorly, They do talk over you and expect you to comply to thier way of thinking....I did not do that as I have My own ideas of whats going on here as they want to bill you for hours and yet what they have done or tried to do is fabricated as the office personnel already completed the task, so when the attorney does call you he has no idea of what was already accomplished.( thus just running up the bill so to say. I questiond it, and thats when they turned on me and rudely attacked me and tried to spin it around as If I was the one causing the issues......Cliants are and should be able to question as to why their attorney is doing anything so that things are on the up and up. Im paying them to represent my case, not ridicule me and cut me down with such un needed stratements like were in a back alley. So far Allen has been understanding as well as everyone in his office but the two Brothers Especialy Zack were rude beyond belief and zack treatend to drop the case several times in the one conversation acting as if he was doing me a favor, finally his disperaging comments were more than I was willing to put up with and I hung up. Tried to get a hold of Allan but he was not available to figure something out. I have yet to hear back from them but Im sure this will result in Zacks droping from their firm because he feels he can swear and make unfair comments about my injury and mental state of mind like hes more than an opinionated attorny who can say whatever he wants to anyone. Still waiting for Alan to return my call. Monday Aug. 10th 2006
