Biography
I’m Bill Price, a lawyer with Elk & Elk. I am passionate about representing the “little guy,” who is always the underdog when taking on Big Insurance or Large Corporate America. I believe that everyone, despite his or her economic condition, deserves sound legal advice and aggressive representation.
My daily practice focuses on resolving claims for individuals killed or severely injured by a doctor, hospital, nursing home, product manufacturer, tractor-trailer, bus, motor vehicle, or negligent corporation. Within the first couple of days, personal injury victims and their families become frustrated and angry with the process, which only adds to their ongoing pain and problems. I explain to all my clients that my job is to handle the entire process and to allow you, the client, time to heal or grieve the loss of a family member. Although I spend much of my time in a courtroom, my wife and I are actually country folk. On the weekends, we can be found enjoying county fairs, country music, BBQ, drive-in movies or just relaxing on the porch.
