Lawsuit

Stefen was able to resolve the lawsuit within the specified period. He also saved me some money by fighting for my rights in a professional manor.

As I was trying to ask questions of details about my case, being 22 and not fully understanding what was going on, he told me he “didn’t care” when I told him about my father passing and HUNG UP

Please note that our offer to discuss legal options does not grant license to engage us in abusive or offensive conduct, nor are we obligated to abide the same. Consequently, while you contacted our office to discuss a pending lawsuit, upon disclosing that the balance due on account was $600.00 (Six-Hundred Dollars and No Cents) you were advised that it was not financially feasible to bear the cost of retaining an attorney, and that you would be better served focusing on making arrangements to pay-off the obligation. This advice was then repeated to your husband. However, rather than accepting that opinion he alternatively became argumentative, ultimately raising his voice in an apparent effort to engage in a verbal confrontation. When there was no reciprocation, he disconnected and called back immediately thereafter in a further such attempt. In light of these circumstances, it was appropriate for our discussion to effectively conclude at that applicable juncture. Nonetheless, our opinion remains the same, that rather than incurring the expense of an attorney's services you should otherwise arrange to satisfy the outstanding balance due and that will in-turn resolve the associated case.

Very Helpful and Professional

I only have gratitude for Mr. Shamberg. He resolved a very stressful financial situation I was facing due to a job loss. He quickly negotiated repayment terms that worked within my current salary range lifting a huge burden off my shoulders. After lawyer shopping, his fees were the most affordab...le and the payment terms worked well for my situation. He was very easy to talk to and understanding. Mr. Shamberg kept me in loop of his negotiations every step of the way. He explained the settlement process thoroughly and went out of his way to remind me of items that had deadlines for review and signatures prior to scheduled court dates. Thankfully, with his expertise, I did not have to appear in court. He copied me on every communication and I felt the overall process was very transparent. I would not hesitate to retain his services in the future.
