I am licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida. I represent individuals and small to mid-sized growth oriented businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Many of my clients consider me their outside general counsel and go-to source for all of their legal needs, including contract drafting and review, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, succession planning, labor and employment, minimization of risk and litigation management.

For over fifteen years, I have represented businesses and individuals in all aspects of strategic contract drafting and review, including, real estate purchase agreements, leases, oil and gas leases, operating agreements, corporate regulations, bylaws, consulting agreements, non-competition agreements, buy-sell agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, licenses and technology and intellectual property agreements.

I regularly assist clients with strategic start-up planning and implementation. I have negotiated numerous agreements relating to the formation and operation of Ohio and Florida corporations, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships, strategic partnerships and joint ventures.

I represent individuals and businesses in commercial and residential real estate throughout Ohio and Florida. I am regularly engaged in drafting purchase agreements, leases, performing due diligence, and advising clients throughout the purchase or disposition of commercial and residential real estate.
