Justin Curtis Withrow

I worked with Justin Winthrow, who is an attorney at the law firm of Michael C. Hennenberg. I had a few minor misdemeanors (4) and one misdemeanor 4th degree unlawful use of property. Most were open containers and disorderly conducts the m-4 was related to unlawful use of property again related to ...collage hooliganism. I wanted to let everyone know that although the matters were basically minor they were complicated due to the fact there were multiple offenses which undoubtedly complicates things. The process was very clear and Justin gave me very clear instructions of what I had to do to prove i was rehabilitated, and of a higher moral character now then before. I included a personal narrative, pictures of my family, professional credentials and accomplishments. He submitted everything and had a court date scheduled soon after. Justin accompanied me to this hearing that lasted only a few minutes. My petition was successful and I had my record sealed. Just also left the door open to contact him if I had any questions related to his work or related to what i may or may not need to report on future applications for employment. I can not stress enough how professional Justin was and how efficient the Law Firm of Michael C. Hennenberg operated. He was an excellent communicator through the entire process and was constantly keeping me updated by phone, text, and email.
