Since my collaborative process has been a disaster, I contacted Andrew as a litigation resource and potential attorney. Unlike his reputation as a “pit-bull” and getting results, Andrew could not have been kinder, compassionate and intelligent during his conversation with me. He has immense knowledg...e and experience and directed me in a very straightforward manner. I left the meeting with increased knowledge and empowerment.

Post - Divorce Child Issues

I came to see Andrew to discuss post -divorce issues with respect to my children. He was very knowledgeable and experienced about this area of law and sensitive to the my children’s needs. His team was resourceful, energetic, clever and creative. He was very responsive to me. Any delays experience...d were because of the mother’s lawyer. Andrew answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and I recommend him to someone who needs help with a divorce and/or a child custody case.

Legal Excellence, respect and compassion

I was referred to Andrew Zashin by several sources, came in to see him regarding a potential child custody case and/or a modification of an existing custody order. It may have turned into relocation case and had the potential of involving the laws of another country. I found Mr. Zashin to be ...sensitive, knowledgeable and experienced about this area of law. Most importantly I had consulted and retained other Ohio lawyers, whom treated me with disrespect, and gave me wrongful information, which impacted my situation, significantly. Andrew was responsive, especially in comparison to other lawyers I have worked with in the past. He took his time, I never felt rushed or spoken 'down to' he was honest as to my circumstances, however this honesty came with information, and vast knowledge he shared, that in 7 years no other Ohio lawyer has ever seem to know or understand the laws. Andrew, answered my questions and I feel comfortable recommending he and his team to any parent who needs help with modifying a shared parenting plan or changing a child custody order. Andrew was also experienced with the international aspects of custody cases. Most important to me, I left my first meeting, feeling empowered, that I had someone advocating and on 'my team'. Meeting Andrew was an epoch of change in my custody and forward plans for my future and impact on my children's lives. Andrew did not just regurgitate the 'law' he took an actual interest in the best approach for my family, children's welfare and short and long term goals. This is the integrity that one can hope for and too seldom find in a lawyer. Best legal decision I ever made contact Andrew Zashin. I wish I had done so much sooner.

International Child Custody and Relocation

I usually avoid attorneys and I have had the unwelcome misfortune through the decades to work with several. Andrew is a singular and bright exception. He is very intelligent, responsive and guided by a strong internal code to serve and assist. I found he genuinely cares and is forthcoming about whe...re he can and cannot help (thus saving me unnecessary fees). I came to Andrew with a particularly complex international child custody case and due to its complexity I needed to consult with him several times. In advance, I had read some of his articles in the Oxford University Press that were directly related to my case. I am from Southern Ohio but I chose Andrew because of his unique knowledge and skills in this specific area of international law but also encompasses federal and state laws. Andrew was patient and thorough answering all my questions. I recommend him without hesitation for any child custody case, relocation case or international child custody case.

I am so thankful for Zashin and Rich

I have never written an online review before but wanted to express how incredibly thankful I am to Andrew Zashin and Amy Keating for helping me through the most difficult time of my life. I hired Andrew for a very ugly, complex divorce and child custody case. My ex husband tried to hide a subst...antial amount of money (he went to extreme measures to do this). Andrew and his team found the money as well as other assets my ex tried to hide. Andrew was also extremely responsive to my emails and phone calls. If I sent an email on a Sunday night I would hear back from him within 10 minutes! I received emails time stamped at 4:00 in the morning. I don't think that this man ever sleeps! Andrew and his team were with me every step of the way, from start to finish. I wouldn't have had the strength to do this without them. They are absolutely worth every penny! I could not be more pleased with the outcome!

"Andrew's skill and legal acumen is of the highest caliber. In my opinion he is the best divorce attorney in Ohio, and one of the best in the country. He is brilliant. Andrew is a weapon for which those clients fortunate enough to hire him first should be thankful. His unique ability to quickly identify issues in a case, rapidly and thoughtfully hone those issues into an effective strategy for the courtroom, and deliver them in an effective manner under the most difficult of situations, is rare. I have personally been fortunate to have Andrew as a mentor, and I have learned a great deal from him which I utilize in my own practice. I truly endorse this lawyer."
