Steven Lee August

I was involved in a long drawn out divorce proceeding, and at times it was difficult to maintain perspective on all the moving parts. Steve was able to guide me through it while focusing on my number one priority-my children. Steve always handles himself professionally and it was clearly evident to... me that he is greatly respected by his peers and colleagues in the courts and Family Services. He is someone you can count on to not only work for you, but also work with you to keep your eyes on what is really going to matter once you get past the process.

It is hard for me to put into words all that Steve did to help my children and I become the new post divorce family that we are today. I was scared and at times unsure how to proceed. Steve talked with me at great length about my options and supported me in the decisions I made. He knew that my prima...ry concern was my children and he managed my case with that in mind. There were times when I considered throwing in the towel because getting divorced is stressful and Steve (and Jo) helped me through those moments. Steve is a fighter, a stand up guy, kept his word, did all that he said that he would. He is passionate, dedicated, and committed and I felt that he was willing to do whatever it would take to help me. I truly do not know how he is able to do all that he does for his clients! I am so grateful to Steve August!
