No you do not pay the state's atty fees. And yes you will be billed for costs but it will not be a lot of money

In any state you are just like any other tenant. They have to go thru eviction procedure. They could raise your rent.

You can call the clerk of courts to verify any reality. Frankly, clerks do not regularly call the house.
