After my court appearance, Barry went up to the opposing council and judge and try to schmooze with them. Getting numbers, gossiping, trying to make friends with them. Everywhere you look he posts that he went to Phillips Exeter to show he is “elite“ in some way but he clearly didn’t learn much other... than convincing himself that his former privileged rich kid monstrous ego is justified. You are a senior citizen, Barry… Looks like that upbringing got you a whole lot of nothing considering what a joke you are in the legal profession. So simmer down. He is an absolute joke of an attorney. I noticed he doesn’t even have a Google review available to the public because he knows he will be completely trashed if he has that on Internet search results considering all the people he has walked all over. I was innocent of the crime I was accused of yet many times when talking to me he would say in a low voice “so tell me… Did you do it? How did you do it?“ He seeks dirt on people because it gives him some kind of sick personal thrill. This is not the person you want in your corner during your lowest moment. Hopefully his elderly self has retired, and if not, this review needs to be left up in honor of his “legacy“. He clearly did not believe in me despite overwhelming evidence and thousands upon thousands of dollars he took from me. By the way, Barry, you love letting people know you went to Phillips Exeter and undergrad at Notre Dame but I noticed you went to a bottom tier embarrassment of a law school (sub 100) and it shows. He thinks he’s so elite yet he’s poor enough that he has to con people to take their money. Typical scumbag in all the ways. My husband was in the room when I hired him and he mainly spoke to him and only shook his hand and acted like I was chopped liver. You’re better off hiring a paralegal to take your case before hiring this clown. He didn’t talk about his excessive marijuana use to me, but I read in other reviews that he’s a big fan and it makes sense that he has to numb his conscience to stay alive in that despicable meat suit.

I unfortunately found myself in need of a lawyer. I met Barry through a friend. He gave me plenty of legal advice before I decided to hire him. When I did hire him he went to work immediately on my case. I was also dealing with a professional licensing body, and he dealt with them as well. He was alw...ays available, and responded to my calls and texts very quickly. He represented me well in court and kept me out of jail (even though it didn't turn out as I had hoped). He did all that he could to keep me out of further trouble. He followed up with me througout my probation, and even filed a motion for me after my probation ended. Barry is the best.

Barry is a good lawyer for any medical professional going through a difficult time. I had an addiction issue and Barry helped me through. He was supportive of my recovery and always complimented the hard work I've done. He let me make payments because I lost everything I had and didn't push me to get... my money to him. He continued to work for me as long as I sent when I could at the time and I don't know any lawyer that is willing to do that. He guided me through the process or obtaining my nursing license back and treatment in lieu with the court system. He has played an active role in my success. I have always been able to get in contact with him and never felt like I couldn't ask him anything or talk to him about anything, including recovery. He is well known and respected within the Cuyahoga County Court and Ohio Board or Nursing.

Not only did he reduce my case without me setting foot in a courtroom, but he handled all communication between ...the state nursing board. He knew everyone by first name at the nursing board and returned my life to normal faster than I ever imagined.
