Barbara and her associates were very professional, attentive, and thoughtful with my divorce. She gave good advice, didn't waste my time, and thought of the ramifications of my FAMILY first. I specifically gave Barbara instructions on the day that my divorce was to be granted that would have concluded everything that day. She did not follow my instructions she went behind closed doors with the magistrate and did what would extend the proceedings and gain her favor with my ex husbands att...y.. This resulted in health issues for me by prolonging the stress ( I have a debilitative illness that is affected by stress), financial devastation (due to illness I was unable to work). This was all because of her being responsible for prolonging the proceedings for an extra six months. She used none of my evidence that she instructed me to gather. I felt as if she were working for my ex and his cause. I also was in a room next to where she should have been arbitrating on my behalf with the other atty., but what I heard was general conversation about other cases and my exes atty. assertively making his demands and her "tiptoeing" around issues that concerned me. What started out as a slam dunk in my favor, turned upside down, I ended up being dunked.
