I have assisted in all stages of the administration of estates, including finding and acquiring assets of a decedent, paying debts, and making final distributions. I have been appointed as a local administrator to represent heirs out of state.

I have drafted purchase agreements and advised clients through the process of acquiring title, sometimes assisting with "by-owner" transactions. I have assisted with purchases and leases of real property related to the creation of new businesses, including arrangements to transfer liquor licenses.

I have assisted with incorporation of new businesses and with management of legal problems of existing businesses, including the creation and review of contracts.

I have represented clients in litigation and before administrative agencies such as Boards of Zoning Appeals.
