A lawyer you can trust!

Eric is an amazing lawyer! He was there for every question; every concern, every time I needed something he was there. Very knowledgeable on every possible level. Eric was professional, yet was able to talk to me and not at me. Very worth every penny spent, and I was not over charged. I will and do... recommend Eric all the time. I stopped by the office the other day just to say hi, I knew he was busy, you could tell, but he stopped and acknowledged me by name and asked how I was! Again Eric and his staff, Far, Jennifer & Connie are just down right awesome! Thanks Eric!

Poor representation

Terrible representation, counseled me to take atrocious deals via misrepresented threats from the magistrate. Due to his poor representation, orders were made that were financial ruin for me and a financial windfall for my ex-spouse that rewarded them for extending the case for years, which they hap...pily did. Admitted that he couldn't handle the case's complexity and referred me to different counsel who had better capability.

Completely Worthless

He will not respond to emails no matter how many requests you send. He would not follow up on any of the issues I brought to his attention. He refused to work on my case until the last minute and I was forced to sign a deal that I did not agree with to avoid going to trial. Do not recommend. Absolute...ly worthless attorney.

very expensive and over prized

I used his servise for child support modification and paid a lot of money .in the end me and my ex came to agreement once we realized that we are paying a lot of money for lawyers. I ended up settling the case and avoided more money for the lawyer advise if you want to use Eric make sure you are go...ing to pay very much money and you rather try to solve the issue either alone or through more straight forward lawyer who will finish the case earlier than postponed it .

Incredibly Disappointed in Lack of Engagement and Timelines, Do Not Recommend

Incredibly disappointed in our experience with Eric. Eric showed a lack of communication, timeliness and interest/engagement in our case. Consistently, emails and/or calls were not returned for several days, and emails required 2-3 follow ups in order to get a response. Eric had to be reminded of the... basics of our case multiple times and never offered to meet in person. We attempted to meet in person for our initial consultation but Eric had a last minute conflict apparently, and a colleague took the meeting. I would only recommend Eric for representation that requires basic paperwork without a deadline. If you require engaged and timely representation with strong communication - Eric is not your guy.
