Hi
I'm Toby Hirshman and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my law practice. I've been practicing law for over 33 years. In the beginning of my career, I enjoyed working for the people of West Virginia doing public interest work. For the past 29 years, I have been a trial attorney in Cleveland, specializing in mostly medical malpractice.
My wife of 22 years, Ellen, and I also are law partners at Linton & Hirshman. We have 3 sons, and enjoy spending time with our family, including our 2 dogs, Wally and Macy.
