Outstanding Attorney - Jack Moran

John (Jack) Moran was absolutely wonderful. I cannot thank Jack and his team enough for helping me navigate through questionable decisions made by a former employer, which led to me receiving a more favorable outcome. From the very beginning, Jack took the time to really listen, understand my expe...rience, and explain every step of the process in a way that made me feel informed, supported, and confident. His transparency, clear communication, and quick action proved his expertise as an attorney and earned my trust on day one. Not only did Jack fight for me, but he helped secure a final outcome that was more than four times what I was originally offered. I truly felt like they went above and beyond—not just in achieving an incredible result, but in making sure I understood my rights, my options, and what to expect at every stage. Working with Jack gave me peace of mind during one of the most stressful times in my career. Jack is knowledgeable, compassionate, and exceptionally skilled. If you need someone who will advocate for you and genuinely care about your case, Jack is absolutely the attorney you want in your corner.

Great job.

Mr Moran did a fantastic job on my case. The case got to be very complicated as we went along and yet he was never deterred. He is very knowledgeable and patient.

Very attentive and knowledgeable

I did not hire him, however, I spoke with him regarding ongoing issues at work. He gave me very helpful advice. I will definitely contact him in the further for representation if needed.

Regional Sales Director

Jack Moran was very knowledgeable about the type of case I had, sexual discrimination and sexual harassment. I was originally unsure if I should pursue legal action but it paid off. Jack was very clear how the process would work and set reasonable expectations. He coached me before my meetings with... HR and told me what to expect in these meetings, his advice was accurate and to the point. I was able to conduct myself confidently in my meetings with HR and my former boss, knowing what to say and what not to say. This was a very uncomfortable and challenging situation professionally, Jack was able to walk me through it as my situation progressed.

Great for employment & disability law

Was separate form my job while on short term disability, found errors in company polices & procedures and the enforcement of both Federal & State statute.
