Ellen S. Simon

I first began contacting Ms. Simon's office summer of 2014 to discuss my potential case. After no response to my emails, i called and was directed to her assistant Joy. I left 3-4 voicemails for Joy over about an 8 week period. After no response from her i asked the receptionist to give a mes...sage directly to Ms. Simon. About a week or so later i finally received a call from Joy. I gave her details of my situation and she said she would discuss with Ms Simon and get back to me. After two weeks I had not heard from her so i again called and left a message. I still got no response. Two weeks later I called again and left a message. Another two weeks went by and I finally got a letter in the mail stating their caseload was too busy to take my case. This was a huge let down as I had waited so long to speak to Ms Simon but never got the opportunity and they couldn't even be bothered to return my call.

She rolls up her sleeves and does the difficult work needed to win her cases, and she not only knows the law in this area better than other attorneys, she knows it better than most judges. Her track record is exceptional, due to her legal knowledge and expertise, her ability to apply it, and her willingness to do the long, tedious and challenging work that's often necessary. Seeing Ellen in action in a deposition or in the courtroom is truly a life-changing experience. Ellen has dedicated not just her career but her life to standing up for what's right and defending civil rights. She is exceptional and truly one-of-a-kind.
