Attorney Adam Fried

I hired Adam Fried and his associate, Paul Schugar, to protect my elderly mother's rights. She was under the care of a family member who unlawfully had her deemed incompetent, and financially, emotionally and physically abused her. A guardian was appointed whom added to the abuse. Mr. Fried was a...ble to get my mother to be allowed to leave the state and join her daughter in California. It was what he said he could do in the beginning and it was exactly what he did accomplish. I hold Adam Fried and Paul Schugar in the highest esteem and recommend these fine, honest, diligent men to everyone. They will get the job done!

Trust and estate

I highly recommend Atty Fried a brilliant, relentless lawyer. I was a benefiary of a trust, the trustee of the trust who happens to be an. Atty. The trustee failed to notify me as one of the beneficiary, the decedent left me a letter acknowledging I was one of the beneficiary of his t...rust the only evidence I had. I made an attempt to communicate with the trustee but to no avail. I hired Atty. Fried to represent me and through his relentless efforts and expertise in 4 mos. I received the assets entitled to me. Mr. Fried worked on my case in the most economic way , I conclude this review on his conduct, a 5. Star overall rating. I highly recommend this man for good moral conduct.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
