Biography
I have 41 years of experience in the estate, trust and probate practice areas. I am also experienced in the related tax areas as well as charitable planning. I am an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. I have been recognized as a disitnguished planner by the Cleveland Estate Planning Council and the University Hospitals Diamond Advisory Group. I am a co-author of The Tools and Techniques of Charitable Planning and have authored numerous articles on estate and trust issues. I have also been a presenter at major national institutes, including The Heckerling Estate Planning Institute, The Notre Dame Estate Planning Institute and programs of the ABA and American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, of which I have been Fellow since 1988. I have been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 1991 and in Ohio Super Lawyers since its inception.
