Divorces are emotional experiences for the participants. Misunderstandings between the parties, and between clients and their counsel, are not uncommon. Unfortunately, the attorney / client privilege prohibits me from specifically addressing your allegations. Suffice it to say that my recollection of our interactions differs from yours. Further, as a former Chairman of the Certified Grievance Committee of our local bar association, I am keenly aware of my ethical obligations to my clients and can assure you that no Rules of Professional Conduct were in anyway violated during my representation of you. I wish you all the best and hope that your divorce will be resolved amicably, expeditiously, and in the best interests of your daughter.
