Biography
The entirety of my practice is focused on defending the criminally accused. I have handled hundreds of serious felony and misdemeanor cases in courtrooms throughout Northeast Ohio, Columbus and Toledo. I have successfully argued several cases in the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals. I am also licensed to practice in the United States Northern District of Ohio.
Born and raised in Cleveland, I was taught by my father, "Superlawyer" Mark B. Marein, to go above and beyond for my clients. No one ever expects to find themselves in the cross-hairs of the criminal justice system-- it can be terrifying.
